Yesterday Keith stayed home from work with a cold, but he still took Ellie to daycare and I went to work. About an hour into my shift I began to feel fluish, and another hour after that I started calling around to get someone to come in for me. After almost passing out, which Keith seems to think is a common feeling for me because when I told him about it later he says, “Don’t you always feel like that? Doesn’t that mean that everything is normal with you if you feel like you are going to pass out?”, and vomiting I finally found someone to come in and finish my shift. Thank you Vince. I got back home around 12:30, looked at Keith and said, “I’m sick”, then I went to bed. Four hours later I woke up and Keith and I realized that someone was going to have to pick up Ellie from daycare. Since Keith was in regular clothes and not pajamas like myself, he won the honor. A little over an hour later Keith and Ellie walked in the door, and about three minutes after that Ellie threw up her jello all over our rug. We got her into the bathroom and took off her dress and kept commenting on how her dress was now pink instead of white. Keith tried to clean the jello off our cream rug, and he did a pretty good job, but there is still a definite pink tint. I bought some Oxi-clean today and plan on trying it eventually, but I was wondering if anyone could tell my a sure fire way to get the color out of my rug so that I don’t have to trash it.

I am sorry you all are not feeling well. Best wishes on a speedy recovery.
I don’t know how, I am proud you bought Billy May endorsed OXY CLEAN! maybe bleach? But it’s cream colored so maybe that’s not a good idea. Sorry you guys are all sick, hope you’re feeling better very soon!
i haven’t been through my whole blogroll, but nice new layout. very festive! I love what you’ve done with the place. Get better soon!
Hey, years of experience getting Keither’s vomit out of carpet (so I assume having the same DNA Ellie’s will be the same) using Resolve Carpet Cleaner. Spray it on heavy, let it set for just a minute or so and rub like crazy.
Blessings on ya
If any of the above doesn’t work, you should try Folex.

The stuff is magical! I think it’s available at Target and it’s definitely at Home Depot.
Feel better!!
We started with the Folex because it was under our kitchen sink, but it didn’t do the trick.
