I saw this recipe on another blog, and my mouth actually started to water. If I had all the ingredients in my house right now I would have made them immediately, but sadly I did not, and it was too late to go to the grocery store. Cheese is quite possibly my favorite food. I am not joking when I say that this afternoon when I took a nap, I actually dreamt of cheese. Maybe it was God’s way of preparing me for this amazing recipe that was about to enter my life. You better believe Ellie-Bean and I will be going to the store after I pick her up from school tomorrow to get what we need to make these miracle muffins a reality in our home. As I am writing this I cannot contain my excitement! If you think that I am being overly dramatic, and that there is no way on earth that I could be this passionate about cheese…you obviously don’t know me.

Yeah those look good and I think my mom used to make those when I was younger and I’m pretty sure they look like they have *some* cheese in them… so IF you bake them I should probably be able to try one!
I love the Pioneer Woman! She has never steered me wrong. I’ll definitely have to try these too.
I HAVE those ingredients. I’m making them tomorrow!
Seriously Michelle, you already have 3 lbs. of colby jack cheese? I want to go live at your house!
Dangit! I misread the recipe. I thought it said 3lbs. of cheese, not 3 cups. I’m gonna have a lot of cheese left over. I should have realized that 3lbs. was a little much for 12 muffins.
